Don’t worry, customers have access to ongoing professional care, from the comfort of home (or maybe even from a warm sandy beach 😉).
First, get in touch. Just like calling your dentist to book an appointment, you’ll first reach out to our Customer Care Team. They’ll ask for some basic information and decide the best way to help you out. Don’t worry, they’ve heard it all — when in doubt, give us a shout.
Next, if your question or issue requires oral care support, they will put you directly in touch with our Professional Care Team. Byte has recruited some of the best in their field — all of them are state accredited dental assistants and hygienists. Not only do they have extensive in-office experience; they also are super easy to talk to — which is important to getting the care you need.
